Dr. Artemis Anagnostou - Dedouli

Honorary Director General of the Ministry of Labour,

Social Security and Social Solidarity

Doctor of Law in Public Law with a specialization in Insurance and two postgraduate degrees in Labour and Insurance Law of the Law School of the University of Athens. With 42 years of administrative experience at all levels of the hierarchy in the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Social Solidarity, of which 17 years in the position of General Manager (14.5 in the General Directorate of Social Security and 2.5 in the General Directorate of Welfare).

With rich participation in councils, committees, working groups, missions abroad and active participation in all insurance reforms (except the last one - Katrougalos committee). With specialization in the field of occupational insurance and competent scientific and writing activity, as shown for all the above from the detailed attached CV. She has published 2 books and also a series of articles and studies in prestigious legal and other journals. She has rich lecturing experience in her professional field and lectures at the Law School as a research associate on gender and equality issues.

She has participated in research projects, in numerous committees and working groups on social policy issues, in domestic and foreign scientific conferences with lectures, in scientific forums and scientific conferences. She has rich administrative experience from her participation in the Boards of Directors of Insurance Organizations and T.D.E. as well as rich administrative and legislative work.

Member of the team for the drafting of the program for the Insurance of ND, President of the Union for the Defense of Social Rights www.epkodi.gr, editing and compiling the Historical Archive of the insurance reforms from the first actuarial study for the insurance 1931 (by Professor Emil Schoenbaum).

Dr. A. Anagnostou-Dedouli was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EKKA with the issuance of Government Gazette 498 / 7-7-2020.

Alexander Kentikelenis | Vice President

kentikelensisAlexander Kentikelenis is associate professor of sociology and political economy at Bocconi University. Prior to this, he held research posts at Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard, and he received his PhD at the University of Cambridge. Kentikelenis has published extensively on issues related to poverty, inequality and social protection in leading international journals.

Marceline-Anna Christopoulou | Regular Member

xristopoulouMarceline-Anna Christopoulou is a graduate of the Pedagogical Department of Special Education of the University in Thessaly (graduation year 2003). Since January 2010,she has been working as a Special Educator in the Child Psychiatric Department in Penteli Children Hospital, in the outpatient clinics in the diagnostic part of autism and learning difficulties. She has been in the inpatient treatment of children with psychiatric problems, in cases of interconnection with the clinics of the hospital, as well as in the part of rehabilitation in children who need a specialized program of special education. She has a long experience in the education of people with disabilities, as she has worked in special education schools from September 2003 till January 2010. (Special Kindergarten for children with autism and mental retardation, in Primary School in A and B Class Parallel Support to a child with autism, Kindergarten Integration Department and Special Primary School.)
She has taken part in conferences related to the field of Special Education and People with Disabilities as a speaker and also as a participant, in Child Psychiatric conferences with poster presentations, in a seminar on Child Psychology. Shee has been certified in the administration of the Athens test (diagnosis of learning difficulties), in the A-test (school readiness test), as well as in the DADA-test (reading skills assessment test).
She is the author of the books entitled "Melina is trained" and "Melina is trained 2". These are guide books that contain structured teaching activities, according to the TEACCH program for children mainly with autism of preschool and school age.

She is married and she is the mother of three children . In addition she has been approved foster mother since 2010.

Papachristos Stylianos

He is a graduate of the Department of Social Work of the School of Social Work of the TEI of Athens.

He has 22 years of experience in the E.K.K.A., initially in the E.K.K.A. Directorate Thessaloniki from 2001-2004 and then at E.K.K.A. Athens in the Directorate of Social Interventions as a Social Worker and works with victims of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, refugees and homeless people.

He holds a Master's Degree from PADA, specifically from the School of Administrative, Economic and Social Sciences, specializing in Clinical Social Work with Children, Adolescents and Families.

He holds the title of systemic psychotherapist after completing 4 years of training at the Family Therapy Unit of the "Daphni" Psychiatric Hospital

He is conversant in Greek Sign Language and has collaborated at E.K.K.A. with deaf and hard of hearing people who are addressed to deal with intra-family problems.

He has participated in a Child Psychiatry Conference as a speaker, presenting the impact of Autism Spectrum Disorders on Family Functionality. He has also given presentations at the invitation of Primary and Secondary Schools, on Learning Difficulties and their impact on students' lives.

 

Ioannis Lymvaios | Regular Member

Ioannis Lymvaios conducted graduate studies within the fields of Finance and Tourism Business Administration both in Greece and Spain, and, currently, he works at the Hellenic Development Bank S.A (HDB S.A.). 

Ioannis is married, he has two sons and he speaks Greek, English, Spanish and Catalan.

Since 2008 he is elected a member of the General Council of National Confederation of Disabled People of Greece (NCDP) and a member of Panhellenic Federation of Associations of Parents and Guardians of Persons with Disabilities (POSGAMEA)
Since March 2019, he has been elected as the Organizational Secretary of the Panhellenic Federation of Associations of Parents and Guardians of Persons with Disabilities (POSGAmeA) and since October 2021, as the Organizational Secretary of the NCDP. 
Additionally, Ioannis is an alternate member both at the Hellenic National Commission for Human Rights (since 2017) and the Economic and Social Council of Greece (since 2015) as well as he participates as a full member in the Management Board of the National Center for Social Solidarity (since 2016) and of the National Council for Fostering and Adoption (since 2004). Also, he is a full member in the Management Board of the Organization of Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity (since 2018) and a full member of the National Organization for the Provision of Health Services (since 2021).
Ioannis has been an active member at first-level associations of parents and guardians of persons with disabilities, while from 2009 to 2011 he has been elected as the General Secretary and from 2011 to 2019 as the President of POSGAmeA. Also, during the period 2012 to 2017, he was a member at the Management Committee of the Social Welfare Center of Attica Region. 
In the past, he worked as: employee at the private sector; laboratory associate and hour-paid teacher at Piraeus University of Applied Science (Departments of: Business Administration, Accounting and Technical Application); trainer in vocational training programs subsidized by LAEK; and internal auditor and member at the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors of the Hellenic Fund for Entrepreneurship and Development. 
He is a certified educator of the National Center for Public Administration and Local Government, as well as a certified adult educator of LAEK.
Lastly, since 2001 Ioannis participates as a full member in several committees and working groups at the Ministries of Development, Health, Labor, Education.
He has published articles on entrepreneurship and people with disabilities and has given numerous lectures on the rights of people with disabilities.
